“We had a growing suspicion that some of our customers were incorrectly claiming their cars had been damaged while in our care. We needed the ability to prove damage was present before arrival at our dealership.


The ZONE damage inspection system has solved the problem. It is an effective deterrent to anyone attempting to claim against us. Before the system was installed at our site’s entrance, I would meet with three customers every week on average; to discuss their claims that we had damaged their cars.


Zone has saved us lot of time. I now meet with maybe two or three customers per month and - because we can prove damage was present before a car arrived at our premises - our repair costs for claims have reduced to zero; a saving of around £1,500 per month.

There is also a benefit to the customer: because we can identify damage so rapidly and benchmark its’ overall condition; we can produce estimates for repairs and upsell these to the customer face-to-face, when they bring their car to us for a service or other work.”
